What is a chevron pattern?
A chevron is a V repeated into a band, and stacked bands make the zigzag everyone recognizes from knitwear, bunting and heraldry. It is close to herringbone but simpler: chevron points meet cleanly, where herringbone steps past itself.
How to use the Chevron generator
Color band by band rather than shape by shape, and the zigzag stays readable. A steep angle gives you sharp peaks to work along; ease it back and you get soft rolling waves instead.
